CANCELLATION POLICY

If you give at least 10 days notice in writing you will receive a full refund. If less than 10 days notice is provided in writing you will receive your refund less the 20% cancellation fee. If less than 5 days notice is provided in writing your will receive your refund less 50% cancellation fee.

There are no refunds once the hip hop dance course has started. However you may transfer to a hip hop dance course starting later in the year subject to availability. You must do this before attending the second class of the course. If you have already attended at least two classes of the existing course there is no refund for non-attendance for the remaining classes.

There is a $30 transfer fee should you choose to transfer to another hip hop dance course later in the year. This transfer option is only available once per 12 month period.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
